2 Bravo Group LLC (“2 Bravo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, retain, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit 2bravo.com (the “Site”), submit inquiries through our contact forms, apply for positions, or otherwise interact with us. This policy is intended to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, “CCPA”), and other applicable privacy laws.

Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to all individuals who visit, use, or interact with the Site, including prospective clients, teaming partners, subcontractors, job applicants, and other visitors. It applies to personal information collected through the Site and through direct communications such as email. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

Although 2 Bravo does not currently meet the revenue or data-processing thresholds that trigger mandatory CCPA compliance, we have elected to adopt CCPA-aligned privacy practices as a matter of policy. We believe transparency and responsible data stewardship are obligations, not just legal requirements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months.

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for legitimate business purposes: service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including website hosting, analytics, form processing, email delivery, and applicant tracking, subject to contractual obligations that restrict their use of your information to the purposes for which it was disclosed; government agencies or regulators when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; and professional advisors including attorneys and accountants in connection with the provision of professional services to 2 Bravo.

These measures include encryption of data in transit, access controls, and regular review of our security practices.
