Project Overview
Full building systems commissioning for a new VA medical center, covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building automation systems. Commissioning activities include design review, installation verification, functional performance testing, seasonal testing, and operations and maintenance documentation handoff.
Our Role
2 Bravo provided comprehensive commissioning services throughout the project. We conducted design phase reviews, on-site construction inspections, functional performance testing, seasonal commissioning, and delivered a detailed systems manual and staff training.

New mechanical room systems commissioned.
Outcome
All systems were verified to meet the Owner's Project Requirements. The project achieved zero open commissioning issues at substantial completion and energy performance within 5% of design targets. Full documentation was provided to the VA facility management team.
