Submittal Review
Technical review of contractor submittals, shop drawings, and product data to verify compliance with design documents and applicable standards. We review for specification compliance, performance adequacy, code conformance, and coordination with adjacent systems. Submittal review is not an administrative function — it is an engineering judgment about whether what the contractor proposes to install will meet the performance requirements the owner is paying for.

Field Observation
Periodic and milestone site visits to observe installation quality, verify specification compliance, and document field conditions against approved submittals and design intent. We focus on the high-risk installation points where deviations are most likely and most consequential — equipment anchorage, ductwork fabrication, piping connections, electrical terminations, and controls integration. Field observation reports are issued within 24 hours, with deficiencies categorized by severity and corrective action specified.

Closeout Support
Punch list development, O&M documentation review, warranty verification, and systems training coordination to ensure complete project turnover. We develop punch lists from independent inspection findings — not from the contractor's self-inspection. O&M manuals are reviewed for completeness against the specification requirements, not just accepted because they were submitted. Our closeout support ensures the owner receives a facility with documented, verified performance and the operational information to sustain it.
